Ken is an experienced commercial development professional with a distinguished career spanning four decades. As Primavera Development president and founder, Ken shows his passion for architecture and purposeful design in each of his projects. He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to reconcile diverse viewpoints and criteria while building consensus internally and externally with tenants, purchasers, vendors, lenders, joint venture partners and their legal teams, as well as with project design and construction teams and with governments, both elected and administrative.

As vice-president of one of Canada’s most respected developers, Ken was responsible for the development, acquisition and management of commercial projects with valuations in excess of 500-million dollars. This portfolio included 4.5-million square feet of space and earned two BOMA Office Building of the Year awards, most recently for the 28-storey EPCOR Tower in downtown Edmonton.

At Primavera Development, the focus is on developing value-added commercial real estate projects and providing strategic commercial real estate development, consulting services and advocacy to a select group of local, national and international clients. The highest profile and most challenging project is currently the rehabilitation, restoration and expansion of Edmonton’s historic Brighton Block.
