Vacant CHURCH LANDS

There is an opportunity to form partnerships with churches that have vacant lands within mature neighbourhoods for a co-development venture for sustainable housing and social enterprise. In addition, there are abandoned developer projects that contemplated using church lands that Green Violin can pick up and now put a social purpose to. As an example, the Presbyterian Church in Canada struck a deal with the Right At Home Housing Society that replaced an aging building with sustainable housing for sixteen families in North Glenora and opened the way for similar projects for Green Violin.
