Home Again Village: Tiny Home Community

Seven seacans converted to tiny houses and arranged as a village on a city lot. The ownership concept is for displaced veterans to use their support payments to secure micro-mortgages for the small houses and to start building up independent equity. The units are super insulated passive house models with solar assisted energy and barrier-free access. A buy-back clause to Green Violin ensures sustainable housing in perpetuity. We are working with local Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) manufacturers and NAIT on micro-suite features.
